Every woman wants healthy, bright, clean skin and free of skin problems. Various skin problems such as wrinkles, dark or faint spots or acne are usually caused by incorrect skincare.

There is no doubt in a variety of ways of face care to overcome them quickly. Unfortunately, having tried many popular skincare products with no results at all, the facial condition has worsened.

There may be something missing or wrong when doing facial skincare because you need to adjust products, methods, and treatments to suit your skin type so as not to aggravate the facial condition. Here are the steps you should take to keep your face healthy and away from various skin problems.

1) Know the type of facial skin

Everyone has a different type of facial skin, such as standard, dry, oily and sensitive skin. Different types of skin also require different treatments, both products, and methods of treatment.

For example, for dry skin, it is recommended to choose products containing hydrate, oily skin with mild products that do not clog pores, and so on.

2) Double disinfection

Whatever your skin type, always keep your face clean by carefully cleaning your face. In order not to leave any dirt, do double cleansing or double cleaning.

First, clean your face with makeup remover or micellar water to remove dirt and clean the rest of the makeup. Second, wash your face with lukewarm water to clean up makeup residue and oil or dirt that remains on the front.

For oily or complex skin types, it is best to use a gel or foam-based cleanser to clean pores and remove excess oils.

At the same time, dry or sensitive skin types should use a cream-based cleanser, usually in the form of milk or lotion. The cream cleanser has higher levels of moisturizer so that the natural oil levels are maintained on your face.

3) Avoid touching the face

Besides washing your face, make it a habit of not touching your face quickly. In everyday activities, hands come into contact with many things, so they are easily exposed to germs. Be sure to feel only clean hands so that the face remains clean and pimples do not appear.

4) Do not dry face

After washing, dry your face with a gentle, gently clean towel, not rubbing. Skin health expert Stacy Box, who launched Makeup.com, says facial skin is the thinnest and most sensitive organ. So all treatments should be helpful.

Always use a clean towel to wipe your face. Most acne problems are caused by unhealthy facial drying — also, a marked towel used for the face with a bath towel.

5) Use ink

After washing and drying the face, then use the ink to clean the pores and maintain the pH of the skin, especially after exposure to chemicals from the cleanser.

Most people do not intentionally use ink for fear that the solid contents of the ink will irritate although many types of ink moisturize the skin.

Well, be sure to choose a toner powder with the right ingredients and according to the needs of the facial skin. If the facial skin is dry and sensitive, make sure that the toner is alcohol-free so that it does not raise excessive facial oils, which may cause the skin drier.

If your face tends to be oily, it is best to use toner powder made from tea tree oil to clean the oil in the pores optimally while maintaining moisture.

6) The face also needs “vitamins.”

For the face in the morning, use an antioxidant serum. Dermstore launch site, dermatologist Dr Heather Rogers says that antioxidant serums nourish the skin and protect it from the dangers of ultraviolet radiation and free radicals.

While at night, after using ink is an excellent time to use eye cream. The lower part of the eye also needs special care to avoid wrinkles and irritation.

If you have acne problems in the skin, after using vitamins, use an acne medicine. Please use acne medicine recommended by a dermatologist. Remember that each face has different types of acne, its causes, and how to treat it. Do not let wrong facial treatment aggravate facial skin problems.

7) Keep the face moist

Every type of facial skin, whether dry or oily, needs to maintain moisture. People often think that oily faces are prone to escape, so they don’t need a moisturizer, so they don’t become greasy. The moisturizer maintains natural oil levels on the front.

The launch of Dermstore, a leader in dermatology Sandra Kopp has confirmed that all skin types need to use a moisturizer.

“Although the body has a natural oil system of oil glands to protect the skin from foreign bodies and infections, we need moisturizers to protect the skin from the dangers of sunlight, pollution, and other harmful substances,” Kopp said.

Even dehydrated skin can have problems exfoliating or acne. The lack of moisture on the surface stimulates the glands to produce more oil.

If clogged oil and dirt in the pores, it will cause acne. As for oily skin, choose a different moisturizer because it does not clog pores and prevents blackheads and pimples.

8) Use sunscreen

The primary purpose of using sunscreen or sunscreen is not only to avoid the skin to burn but to protect the facial skin from the dangers of solar radiation. Do not forget to use sunscreen in the morning or afternoon before doing outdoor activities.

If a sunscreen is used after the use of a humidifier, the absorption of sunscreen is not optimal. Despite the adequate protection of the skin, the chemicals in the sunscreen should be well absorbed.

To overcome this, dermatologist Dr Heather Rogers recommends using a sunscreen containing zinc content after applying the moisturizer. “Zinc is safe and effective in protecting the skin from UVA and UVB rays,” Rogers explained.

Maintaining health is essential, not least knowing how to take care of facial skin health. But no less important to remember that beauty is not just an external appearance. The important thing always lives a healthy and confident life.
